- Description
- Provide all necessary services and equipment for supervision, labor, parts, repair, fuel, transportation, and any other supplies or services necessary to perform all work required for the development of undetermined amount of Comprehensive Nutrient Management Plans (CNMP). The contractor is encouraged to be a registered Technical Service Provider (tsp) certified for Comprehensive Nutrient Management Plan Approval. The certification criteria is located in Tech Reg, an NRCS, web based certification application program found at http://techreg.usda.gov. If not a certified TSP in this area proof must be provided of their qualifications and ability to complete a Comprehensive Nutrient Management Plan. Solicitations will be posted and be available to download on or about July 1, 2005. Effective October 1, 2003, all contractors are required to be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to being awarded a contract by NRCS. The CCR database is the primary Government repository for contractor information required to conduct business with the Federal Government. The FAR now requires that prospective contractors complete electronic annual representations and certifications as well as their required registration in the CCR Database. These Annual Represeenrtations and Certifications are submitted via the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCS), a part of the Business Process network (BPN). To register in ORCA, you will need to have an active Central Contractor Registration (CCR) record, a Marketing Partner Identification Number (MPIN) from your CCR record, and know your DUNS number.
