- Description: See numbered notes 9, 26, and 27. NSN 2540-01-423-1968?Accessory Kit, Vehicular. Being bought in accordance with Army (19207) Drawing 57K0164. Quantity being procured is 321 EA with 78 each being shipped to (W62G2T) Stockton, CA 95296-0130, and 243 each being shipped to (W25G1U) New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. FOB destination. Proposed procurement contains a 75% option for increased quantities and requests incremental pricing on quantities up to 346 each. This solicitation is a 100% Hub-Zone Set-Aside. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil after the issue date 06/27/05. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The required delivery is 150 days. A written quotation is required to be returned to the Bid Room DSCC-PBAA.
