- The Defense Distribution Depot (DDC) located in New Cumberland, PA and Defense Distribution Depot (DDJC) located in San Joaquin, CA have a requirement for the preparation of mock bids for Base Operations for these locations. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561110 and the size standard is $6 million. This solicitation (RFP) is unrestricted.
