- *********ONLY WRITTEN REQUESTS FOR COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION WILL BE HONORED********* IMPORTANT: TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL NOT BE HONORED ********* The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, and supervision to remove visible surface contaminants and deposits from within the HVAC systems as listed in strict accordance with the specifications for 6 buildings located at USCG Integrated Support Command, KODIAK, ALASKA. Materials and workmanship shall comply with the latest edition of all applicable codes and industry standards and these specifications. GOVERNMENT FURNISHED MATERIALS: as specified in the Statement of Work. Performance Period is 30 ? 45 days. (3) COPIES OF SUBMITTALS DUE UPON AWARD may include but are not limited to: manufacturer?s catalogs, standard schedules, performance charts, instructions, brochures, diagrams, etc., in addition MSDS?s, references / qualifications. Lack of adequacy of references shall be at the sole discretion of the government and may constitute grounds for disqualification. CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLY WITH requirements of: ACI304, ACI347, UBC, NEC, State of Alaska Administrative Codes, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards; Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA), ANSI Standards, Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), MIL SPEC, FED STD, and applicable Coast Guard Safety Regulations. ADDITIONAL SPECIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS ARE CONTAINED IN STATEMENT OF WORK THAT WILL BE INCLUDED WITH REQUEST FOR QUOTE DOCUMENTS WHEN THEY ARE ISSUED ON APPROXIMATELY JUNE 20, 2005. A SITE VISIT will be held approximately two weeks before quote is due. (Site visits are not mandatory, but are suggested.) Location: U.S. Coast Guard, Integrated Support Command, Kodiak, Alaska. Estimated price is UNDER $75,000. This is a small business set aside. All responsible sources may submit a written quotation, which shall be considered. Solicitation package issue date is approximately JUNE 20, 2005. Written quotes will be due on / about JULY 19, 2005.
