Description

Synopsis: Contractor shall conduct full-scale lean implementation efforts to develop and implement lean maintenance, repair and overhaul and support process and lean supply chain management processes at WR-ALC. This includes but is not limited to support for: planning training, consulting, conducting and all types of events related to Lean deployment providing assistance in determining appropriate metrics to gauge results and developing the tools, techniques and guidance to ensure continuous process improvement and sustainment of a fully mature lean environment at the Center. A draft RFP will be posted to this web page with the statement of work, addenda and all attachments due date will be 18 November 2004 at 1600 hrs. Offerors shall have the opportunity to ask questions. This acquisition will have a maximum length of 5 years (1 basic and 4 options) This acquisition will be processed as full and open competition. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (04-NOV-2004).
