- Description
- The Government intends to solicit and negotiate a CPFF type contract, utilizing alpha contracting methods, with General Atomics, San Diego, California. This effort is to provide a detailed design, fabrication, installation, startup, testing and demonstration/validation of a prototype, transportable cryofracture munitions demilitarization system and plasma system interface. This contract action is based on the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. See Note 22. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (18-MAR-2005).
