- AMOUNT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease existing office space consisting of approximately 4,348 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet. DESCRIPTION: Notice to Intent to Use Other Than Full and Open Competition: The U.S. Government currently occupies 4,348 ANSI/BOMA office space at 950 22nd Street North, Birmingham, Alabama 35203, under soon-to-expire lease. The General Services Administration plans to negotiate a superceeding lease at this location based on economic, mission and other factors. The Government will relocate only if consideration of economic and other factors are supportive including all relocation costs. All services, supplies, utilities and required tenant alterations are to be included as part of the rental consideration. Term: Occupancy is required not later than August 1, 2005. The lease term will be for ten (10) years, with the Government having the right to terminate after five (5) years. Owners and Agents: To submit a location for inspection, contact this office in writing via fax, email, or US Mail by Friday, June 10, 2005. Please include common area factor for available space by floor, if applicable. A letter must accompany submission by any party other than the owner or manager of the property from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
