- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT General Services Administration Seeks Leased Flex Space in Brunswick, GA The United States Government seeks to lease approximately 5,587 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) of space to yield 4,858 Usable Square Feet (USF) of space. The space will consist of 1,420 USF of warehouse space to be co-located with 3,438 USF of office and related space in Brunswick, GA within the following delineated area: North Boundary: Perry Lane/Glynco Parkway East Boundary: Highway 17/25 South Boundary: 341 and Highway 17 West Boundary: Highway 341/27 Parking is required for six (6) official vehicles. The proposed lease term is for 10 years, 5 years firm, and should be fully serviced. New construction will require a 50-foot set back. The setback is 50 feet from the outside wall of the building to on-site parking lots, driveways, sidewalks (not entering the building), other buildings, or public roadways. This requirement applies to "all sides" of the building. If there is on-site parking, separated by a walkway or sidewalk, the setback is 50 feet for the building to the walkway/sidewalk. The employee entryway door will be 50 feet from employee parking. Space must be ready for occupancy not later than July 21, 2006, or sooner if possible. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
