- Description
- Provide all labor, material, supervision, tools and equipment necessary to perform general renovation and construction projects to Government facilities in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island. This will be Multiple Award Indefinite Quantity Construction Contract(s) for general construction and renovation with limited design capability for projects under $100,000.00. The price range will be from $10,000.00 to $100,000.00. The total amount of the work estimated to be performed under all the contract(s) will be $400,000.00 per year. The contract(s) will be for a one (1) year base period with four (4) one (1) year options.The minimum guarantee is $100.00 per contract. The Government intends to make multiple awards to a maximum of three (3) contractors under the subject solicitation. Offerors will be evaluated using the source selection procedures greatest value method, which will include three (3) evaluation factors. The evaluation will be based on Past Performance, Technical Approach, and Price. Individual delivery orders exceeding $10,000.00 shall be competed among the selected firms. Individual orders shall be awarded on the basis of best value to the Government. The technical specifications will posted on FEDTEDS (https://www.fedteds.gov/), all interested vendors must register with FEDTEDS in order to view these documents.
