- Description
- The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to Advantage Conference & Expo, LLC, 5187 Raynor Avenue, Linthicum, MD 21090 under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b)(1). This acquisition is for convention and trade show services to include the transportation and warehousing of the IRS e-file exhibitor booth, materials, equipment, and set-up of exhibitor booth that will be used at the 2005 IRS Nationwide Tax Forums. The IRS Nationwide Tax Forums are being organized by Terracom, Inc., 1010 Wisconsin Avenue, N.W., Washington, DC 20007. The forums are comprised of six ? three day conferences organized for the benefit of the tax professional community. Conference dates and locations are as follows: June 28-29 (San Francisco, CA); July 12-13 (Houston, TX); July 26-27 (Atlanta, GA); August 9-10 (New York, NY); August 23-24 (Las Vegas, NV); and August 30-31 (Chicago, IL). THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. Advantage Conference & Expo, LLC is the conference support services contractor for this event. No solicitation will be issued, therefore, all requests for the solicitation will be considered non-responsive. All Treasury contractors are required to register in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to execution of award. An award will be made to Advantage Conference & Expo, LLC., within 5 days of this notice.
