- The Department of the Navy, SPAWAR Systems Center New Orleans, Louisiana, intends to negotiate and award a purchase order to Peak Software, Inc., Bldg. 5551, 99 Pacific Street, Monterey, CA for Highlander License renewal under the authority of FAR 6.302. This action is based on Peak Software having developed and maintains the data rights and is the sole source for the maintenance of the Highlander system.
