- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. This requirement will be neg! otiated solely with EMS Technologies, Inc. P. O. Box 922514, Norcross, GA 30010-2514. The requirement includes providing on-site support, maintenance to several hardware components, the software and control structures, as well as test and evaluation of all modifications and repairs of the HPTM-Y-90 tracking mount manufactured by EMS Technology. The system design is proprietary from EMS Technology and support is required from the manufacturer. Parties other than EMS Technologies must be able to demonstrate in writing by 17 June 2005, their capability to provide the requested items including having the ability to utilize the Proprietary data. The period of performance is anticipated to be from July 1, 2005 though 30 June 2006. This effort will be acquired utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13.
