- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division requires Versa Module Euro (VME) Single Board Computer (SBC). These conduction cooled VYRD Dual Power PC 7410 features @ 400 MHz, 256 MB SDRAM w/100 MHz memory bus, 4 MB Backside Cache (1.5:1 Ratio), Capacitor-backed CLK/CAL w/128 KB NVRAM, 64 MB Flash, Local I/O Power (3.3v), PMC 3.3v, No Rear Row D Serial Ports, Level R3 Ruggedization, Conformal Coating, -40 to +85 C operating temp@Metal Contact, Conduction Cooled Frame, 2 RS-232D serial ports via the P2 connector(Rear), 10/100 BaseT Ethernet (Rear), 2 PMC sites will be installed on existing Air Force equipment. The Government intends to award a two-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract for a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 60 VME boards to Curtis Wright Embedded Computing, 9605 Scranton Road, Suite 700, San Diego CA 92121 on a sole-source basis, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1; i.e., only one responsible source and no other supplies will satisfy agenc! y requirements. See Note 22. Delivery for the boards shall be FOB destination within 14 weeks from the effective date of contract award. Preliminary inspection will occur at source and final inspection and acceptance will be at destination. The solicitation will be posted on the NSWC Crane web site at www.crane.navy.mil; no hardcopies of the solicitation will be mailed. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered.
