- PRON: 8X5QQQ05AXAX, Noun: The U.S. Army Aviation & Missile Command intends to award a contract for coverage of CAV II system installation, physical inventories and reporting from within Merrill Corporation of Utah repair and return facility. This r equirement is for the base year plus 2 year options, 100% each year. This requirement is in response to a Joint Logistics Service Center (JLSC) mandate to the U.S. Army (AMC HQ) to implement cited CAV II system and establish accountability of Depot Level Reparables at commercial contractor facilities. The unique information needed to initiate various types of CAV transactions, as well as maintain an accurate inventory of on-site AMCOM components exists only at Merrill Corporation of Utah and is not avai lable within the Government at this time. Approved source is Merrill Corporation of Utah, DBA Mission Support, Freeport Center, Bldg Z 15, Clearfield, UT 84016-0135, Cage Code 0JXZ1.
