- Description
- The Government plans to procure 13 complete Modernized Target Designation Sight/Pilot Night Vision Sensor Systems to include installation and integration support, and the tooling and test equipment required to increase the MTADS production rate capac ity. These 13 systems will ultimately be installed on the 13 Replacement Apache Aircraft. The Government intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price contract to Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control, Orlando, FL, under the authority and Justifica tion for Other Than Full and Open Competition of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one source or a limited number of responsible sources will satisfy agency requirements. There is no technical data package. Interested sources are encouraged to identify themselv es in writing to the Contracting Officer, Stephen Bradford, AMSAM-AC-AP-B. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. See numbered note(s) 22, 23, and 26.
