- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The requirement is for the furnishing of labor and materials to sandblast and paint 8 each 5000 gallon water trailers with stainless steel liners. Blast by means of fine sand/glass or wal nut hulls to clean finish. After interior has been thoroughly cleaned, contractor will disinfect for bacteria. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicit ation number W9127Q-05-T-0032 is issued as a Request for Quotes. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-15. This solicitation is 100% small business set aside and is restricted to sm all businesses only in accordance with FAR 19.502-2(b). NAICS is 332813, Small Business Standard is 500 employees. The requirement is for DOL-MATES, Bldg 6800 Warehouse Ave., Camp Shelby, MS 39407-5500. The trailers will be sandblasted at this location.
