There is a new Wage Determination dated the 23rd of May. Clause 52.222-42 has been internally updated in the contract writing system and a notice was added by the system. There is no change in the date or verbiage of the clause. The date for receipt of offers has been extended to 8 Jun 05 at 2:00 PM. ******************************************************** 5-26-05 Amendment 0001 and associated documents have been posted. Four one-year option periods may be awarded. SIC Code M139, NAICS Code 519120 with associated standard of $6 million. This acquisition will be full and open competition. The Government intends to issue the Request for Proposal (RFP) electronically. The RFP and other related documents will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities Page on the Internet at http://www.eps.gov/ and the AFMC Pre- award Information Exchange System (PIXS) http://www.pixs.wpafb.af.mil/. The estimated time frame for RFP issuance is on or about 21 Apr 05. NO HARD COPIES OF THE RFP OR RELATED DOCUMENTS WILL BE ISSUED. The Contractor shall provide professional (personnel having earned a Masters Degree in Library Science (MLS) from an American Library Association (ALA) accredited institution) and paraprofessional personnel to maintain, update, and ensure the proper use of the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), Wright Research Site (WRS), Wright- Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB), OH Technical Library. The Contractor shall provide all personnel and services to operate the AFRL Technical Library and the technical editing functions as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS).
