- The Portland VA Medical Center, Portland Oregon has a requirement for service as defined as counselors, individually or in groups, specifically directed at social, psychological, or behavioral problems, which bear a distinct relationship to process of readjustment from military duty, during the Vietnam Era, Persian Gulf, etc.,to civilian life. Services will be provided to eligible veterans referred by the Salem Veterans Outreach Center. Contract will be for one-year with provisions for two one year with provisions for two one year options.
