- The Janitorial & Water Services for Cibbets Flat Campground and Various Trailheads Project on the Cleveland National Forest, Descanso Ranger District, includes include cleaning of restrooms, and picking up litter/trash at Cibbets Flat Campground, Bear Valley Trailhead, Pine Creek Trailhead, Noble Canyon Trailhead; and cleaning of stoves and cleaning of picnic tables at Cibbets Flat Campground. Water service includes using a Forest Service provided generator to refill two water tanks used for potable water at Cibbets Flat campground and Penny Pines. The Forest Service will provide portable generator and all supplies and materials. (See specifications in Statement of work in Solicitation Package). The services will be performed at the following forest locations in San Diego County, California: All sites are within 15 miles of the community of Pine Valley, CA. Cibbets Flat is located on Kitchen Creek road, 6 miles from I-8. Bear Valley, Pine Creek and Noble Canyon Trailhead are within 1-2 miles from Pine Valley. Filling the water tank at Fillary Flats is 15 miles from Pine Valley, off Sunrise Highway, a County maintained road. Recommended Contract Time is year round. This contract is renewable and includes one base year with 4 one year options. The contractor must bid on base year and all options. Contractors must be registered in Central Contractors Registry BEFORE a proposal is submitted. Proposals will not be considered without a CCR number. Registration can be done online @http://www.ccr.gov. Estimated price range is less than $25,000. NAICS code: 561720 Size Standard $14.0 million. Offer due by noon July 11, 2205.
