- The Janitorial Services for Laguna Mountain Recreation Area Project on the Cleveland National Forest, Descanso Ranger District, includes cleaning of restrooms, picking up litter/trash, cleaning stoves and cleaning tables. The Forest Service will provide all supplies and materials as specified in Statement of Work. The services will be performed at the following forest locations in San Diego County, California: Pioneer Mail Trailhead/Picnic Area, Desert View Picnic Area, Penny Pines Parking Area, the Visitor Information Center and the group campgrounds: El Prado, Horse Heaven & Wooded Hill. All sites are within the Laguna Mountain Recreation Area 8-15 miles of the community of Pine Valley, CA, adjacent to or within ? mile of Sunrise Highway, a County maintained highway. All sites are accessible from a asphalt/chipseal road. Recommended Contract Time is year round. This contract is renewable and includes one base year with 4 one year options. The contractor must bid on base year and all options. Contractors must be registered in Central Contractors Registry BEFORE a proposal is submitted. Proposals will not be considered without a CCR number. Registration can be done online @http://www.ccr.gov. Estimated price range is less than $25,000. NAICS code: 561720 Size Standard $14.0 million.
