- The government (88 CONS/PKBB) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(ii). The proposed source is LeCroy Corporation. The items being procured are two each WavePro 7100 Digital Oscilloscope with GPIB-1 Remote Control Interface. Equipment must be compatible and interface with existing equipment and software. This notice is being published for information purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotations; however, any quotations received within ten (10) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
