- THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR BENEFIT OPTIONS TRAINING. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to CORRECTION OF BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD FROM 500 TO $6M. AND ANSWERS TO THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS. 1) Will the vendor be presenting materials that have already been developed? NO. 2) What are the locations at which the presentations will be made? LANGLEY RESEARCH CENTER. 3) Will the award be based upon low price solely? THAT INFORMATION IS ALREADY IN THE SOLICITATION. 4) What additional requirements are there: evaluations; summary report; etc THAT INFORMATION IS ALREADY IN THE SOLICITATION. 5) Will the cost of reproducing handouts for the 1,200 attendees need to be calculated in the bid? YES. 6) Why so many participants per class--60 seems to be a high number? NASA'S REQUIREMENT. The due date for receipt of offers IS NOT extended to 6/10/2005. Companies shall provide the information stated in the synopsis/RFQ posted on the NASA Acquisition Internet Service (NAIS) on 6/10/2005. Documents related to this procurement are available over the Internet. These documents reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
