- In accordance with the procedures specified in the revised OMB Circular A-76 (Attachment B, B.1), dated May 29,2003, this notification represents the formal public announcement of the results of the streamlined competition on the mechanical maintenance and planner estimator services commercial activity function performed at several locations in the General Services Administration (GSA), Public Building Service (PBS), Mid-Atlantic Region. Government personnel consisting of 7 commercial activity FTEs represented the incumbent service provider located in Camden, New Jersey (1 P/E FTE), and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (6 FTE: 2 in the East Philadelphia Field office and 4 in the West Philadelphia Field office). On May 31,2005, the performance decision resulting from the Study was to perform the work through commercial sources. A solicitation or other contractual action, to perform this function through commercial sources, shall be forthcoming.
