- The Alliant Draft Request for Proposals Comment Period Has Concluded The Alliant draft request for proposals (DRFP) comment period concluded 6/03/2005. The General Services Administration, Enterprise GWAC Center wishes to express its appreciation to everyone who offered comments or questions on the DRFP. We have assembled a list of industry questions resulting from the DRFP and our answers, and intend to release it here on or about 6/13/2005. The only anticipated additional posting in connection with the DRFP is an announcement that identifies the formal RFP number, with the formal RFP currently set for release 7/29/2005 as a new FedBizOpps posting.
