- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.eps.govand the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the NSWC Division Crane. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division intends to enter into a Firm-Fixed-Price, supply type, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract with FN Manufacturing, LLC, 797 Old Clemson Rd, Columbia, SC 29224 in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The proposed ID/IQ contract will have a five (5) year ordering period for the following items: CLIN 0001-MK 46 Mod 0 Lightweight Machine Gun In Accordance With (IAW) the MK46 Lightweight Machine Gun Performance Specification PS/4081/C04/1397, minimum quantity 3/EA and maximum quantity 1,100 EA; CLIN 0002-Fluted Barrels (Mfr. P/N 46003), minimum quantity 0/EA and maximum quantity of 3,395 EA; CLIN 0003-Bolt Assembly (Mfr. P/N 46038), minimum quantity 0/EA and maximum quantity 2,060 EA; CLIN 0004-Gas Piston Assembly (Mfr. P/N 9348405), minimum quantity 0/EA and maxi! mum quantity of 1,360 EA; CLIN 0005-Return Rod & Transfer Mechanism (Mfr. P/N 12540416), minimum quantity 0/EA and maximum quantity of 1,360 EA; CLIN 0006-Gun Extractor Parts Kit (Mfr. P/N 1257025), minimum quantity 0/EA and maximum quantity of 830 EA; CLIN 0007-Ammo Pouch, minimum quantity 0/EA and maximum quantity 2,200/EA; CLIN 0008-Load Bearing Equipment, minimum quantity 0/EA and maximum quantity 2,200/EA; CLIN 0009-Feeder Strap, minimum quantity 0/EA and maximum quantity 11,000/EA; CLIN 0010-Provisioning Item Order (PIO), 1 LOT not to exceed $1.7M; CLIN 0008-Data IAW Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) DD1423, 1 LOT, Not Separately Priced (NSP). Inspection and acceptance will be at origin. All items shall be delivered F.O.B. Destination with all transportation charges paid by the supplier to: RECEIVING OFFICER, BLDG 2521, CODE 1121, NAVSURFWARCENDIV, CRANE, IN 47522 5001. All shipments shall be marked: B. 2521/Code 4081, Attn: Mr. Troy Smith. The contractor sha! ll schedule deliveries under this contract to ensure arrival at destination only on Monday through Thursday (excluding holidays) between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 2:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time. The receiving facility is normally closed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. This notice is for subcontracting purposes only.
