- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive (sole source) basis with American Valley Aviation, Inc for the procurement of (Quanity 2) Overhauled/ Remanufactured to ?Like New? Condition Hydraulic Test Stand, Diesel, P/N 68A4-J1000-1, NSN/NIIN: 4920-01-110-0705. Minimum warranty of one year. This is a Foreign Military Sale (FMS) procurement, for the Italian AV-8B II Support Equipment Program. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own current data, drawings, or other specifications to permit full and open competition. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be received within 15 days of publication of this notice.
