- Description
- Laboratory analyses of water quality samples collected in Wyoming by Bureau of Land Management and mailed to the Contractor. The contractor shall also be certified for all required analyses and participate in the EPA Region 8 water quality analysis certification program. Tasks to include but not limited to analysis of general ambient water, drinking water, and sediment and soil samples. Time and technical competency are of the essence. Period of performance: 10/1/05 through 12/31/06. ONLY ELECTRONIC QUOTATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Telephoned or emailed requests for copies of the RFQ will not be accepted. In addition to providing electronic pricing through HTTP://IDEASEC.NBC.GOV, each quoter must provide any NON-PRICING responses stipulated in the RFQ directly to: Doug_Hargrove@BLM.GOV (NOT THROUGH THE INTERNET) or to Doug Hargrove / BLM Wyoming State Office / 5353 Yellowstone Rd. / Cheyenne, WY 82009 so that they are received at either address no later than the end of the closing date for the RFQ. Award will be based on price and technical factors. It is the Government's intent to issue a RFQ on about June 8, 2005 with quotes and technical information being due on about July 11, 2005. Effective October 1, 2003, vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to receive awards from the Federal Government.
