- Description
- This procurement is for scientific and technical publications/books published and distributed worldwide on both approval and firm order plans. All publications/books shall be the latest edition available from the publisher. The contractor shall shi p approximately 668 publications/books annually on an Approval Plan. The approval plan shall be based on a unique profile, prepared IAW DI-ADMN-80447. This profile shall be agreed upon by both the contractor and the Government. The profile shall be base d on publisher, subjects and modifier. The contractor shall supply, package, mark and ship publications/books published or distributed worldwide, directly to Redstone Scientific Information Center (RSIC), AMSRD-AMR-IN-IC/Acquisitions, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898, hereafter referred to as the Government. This effor is sole source to Blackwell Inc., 6024 SW Jean Road, Building G, Lake Oswego, Oregon 97035, as the only source sufficiently familiar with the requirement.
