F.O.B. origin with delivery to New Cumber land PA 17070-5001. Required delivery is 175 each 209 days after contract award (DACA) . This item is restricted to Battelle Memotial Institute. Cage Code (79986), because the data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award.
