PRON: AX5F0214AX, NSN: 4920-01-526-4112, PN: 70071-35005-011, Quantity: 1000 each, with one100% option, applicable to the UH-60 with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA. The required delivery with First Article Test is 200 each, 288 days after contract award (DACA), 200 each until delivery is complete. The required delivery schedule without FAT is 200 each 150 DACA. This item is restricted to Sikorsky Aircraft, Cage 78286, the data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it c annot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offeror s must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete fo r future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAPSAR and Policy Relating to Source Approval Request for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Age ncy. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
