- The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1), set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within three days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Requirement is for: Securify Appliance Products, SecurVantage Monitor LE-50, 10-150 mb/s monitor (up to hosts) Securify SVA-LE50-LIC, Quantity 2/ Appliance Maintenance and Support, SecurVantage Monitor LE, 1 year support for Monitor LE-50 Securify SVA-LE-SUP, Quantity 3. Additional Services: Securify will provide the following software technical support and maintenance (the ?Support?) with respect to the Securify software (the ?Software?) licensed to the licensed: (A) Support will be provided to Licensee by telephone and e-mail, as further described below: Support will be provided with live call pick up or call back on weekdays from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time. Excluding Securify holidays. Outside of these hours, a Securify Technical Specialist will be paged and will respond to the Licensee within 30 minutes. Securify Response Levels? set forth below. Securify shall provide Licensee modifications to software designated by Securify as bug fixes, patches, or updates, and updates to the relevant documentation. Securify designates as distinct software products, new functiality or for which Securify designate as Major Upgrades and for which Securify charges an incremental upgrade license fee. Securify shall investigate errors in the Licensed Software Product reported by Licensee. If Securify?s investigation reveals an error or malfunction in the software, Securify will use commercially reasonable efforts to either correct the error or to provide a suitable workaround or patch. Securify will support the current release plus one previous major release, and all minor releases between the two.
