- Request purchase of the following four types of gases for a period of 12 months as follows: Propellant Hydrogen Gas, Type I, estimated quantity 3,072,000 cubic feet; Propellant Grade B Liquid Nitrogen, Type II, estimated quantity 192,000 cubic feet; Propylene, estimated quantity 480,000 cubic feet and Propellant Liquid Oxygen, Grade A, estimated quantity 1,248,000 cubic feet; Propane, estimated quantity 480,000 cubic feet. Provide a lease price for the following equipment for a period of 12 Months.. Two (2) Cradle Frames with Two (2) Manifolds and 24 Cylinders; Five (5) Liquid Nitrogen Cylinders, Eight (8) Propylene Cylinders; Eleven (11) Liquid Oxygen Cylinders and Eight (8) Propane Cylinders. The oxygen is required to be in 4500 lb liquid cylinders. The Propoline needs to be in 100 lb cylinders. Nitrogen is required to be in 4500 lb liquid cylinders. The hydrogen needs to be in 12 cylinder bank cradles. Delivery on an ?As Called? Basis to Robins AFB GA. This acquisition is set aside 100% to Small Business. Contractor must be able to deliver within 8 hours. Vendors must be licensed, certified and approved for use at Robins AFB GA with the Hazmat/EM Facility. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being required and a written solicitation will not be issued. The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors), 52.212-2 (Evaluation-Commercial Items), 52.212-3 (Offeror Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items), 52.212-4 (Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders ? Commercial Items). IAW Clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be: Price and Price related factors, All or None. Written procedures will be used for this solicitation. Quotations may be faxed to (478) 926-3590. The approximated/response date is 14 Jun 05. The anticipated award will be 30 Jun 05. All contractors have to registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be considered for a government award.
