- This solicitation will be posted on or about 10 June 2005 with an expected response date of 5 July 2005. This will be a firm-fixed price contract for the following item: Foam Transfer Pump Assembly Kit, NSN: 4210-K3-601-754ABT, Part #:20041200382697R Qty: 250. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service or the manufacturer meets qualification requirement at time of award, in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1 or 52.209-2. The solicitation identifies the office where additional information can be obtained concerning qualification requirements and is cited in each individual solicitation. This activity will acquire the Foam Transfer Pump Assembly Kit using Full and Open Competition after Exclusion of Sources as a 100% set-side for Small Business under FAR 6.203. This kit will be comprised of a variety of commercial products which will be attached to the solicitation. The mounting bracket for the kit will require manufacturing. The solicitation document will contain information that has been designated as "Militarily Critical Technical Data." Only businesses that have been certified by the Department of Defense, United States/Canada Joint Certification Office, and have a valid requirement may have a copy of the solicitation document. All requests for copies of the solicitation document must include a certified copy of DD Form 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement.
