- AFMETCAL Det1 1 at Heath OH intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) for the purchase of 13 sets of Portable Automatic Test Equipment Calibrator Lean (PATEC Lean). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 12.6 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-03. This announcement and attachments at this site constitutes the only solicitation. A written request for quotation (RFQ) will not be issued. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this site for the release of amendments (if any). The RFQ number is FY2333-05-Q-0026 and should be referenced on any offer submitted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334513 and the business size standard is 500 employees. This quotation is being solicited as 100% set aside for small business. The requirement is for 13 sets of Portable Automatic Test Equipment Calibrators (PATEC) in accordance with Purchase Description number MLES-SC-0201 Rev 4, dated 2 May 2005, and available at this site. The succesful contractor shall provide all support, labor, tools, materials, parts, and transportation to purchase, assemble, test and deliver the PATEC lean units. Units will include all commercial manuals and warranty information. Items offered shall be commercially available. Offers proposals will be considered responsive when they state compliance with all of the attachments listed at this site. Documentation must be provided for any parts that an offeror would like to propose as an alternate or equal. The Master list of PATEC documents , PATEC Performance Work Statement, PATEC Purchase Description, GFE acceptance, system testing equip, Acceptance test procedures, assembly guide, case labels, packing instructrions, warranty. Items are for delivery to Warner Robins AFB GA..FOB Destination . Delivery shall be due 120 days after receipt of notice of award. The government reserves the right to limit the number of offers reviewed for award for efficiency. The offer must: (1) be for the item described in the attached documents; (2) be FOB Destination; (3) include a delivery schedule and discount/payment terms Performance based milestone payments may be proposed; (4) include copy of commercial price list; (5) include name of and be signed by an authorized company representative along with telephone number and facsimile number; (6) include their taxpayer identification number (TIN), CAGE Code Number and DUNS Number, (7 include a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3 Representations and certifications if not already loaded in the ORCA website. 8.
