Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Iowa City, Iowa intends to conduct sole source negoatiations with St. Jude Medical for a one-year maintenance/warranty and upgrade 4.0 to the VA owned Ensite System. This will include immediate service response times and "no-charge" service work to include replacement parts. This will also include upgrade to version 5.0. This will be for the period of 7/1/05 through 6/30/06. See Government wide note #22.
