- Contractor shall furnish mess attendant services on a call as needed basis in the dining hall at Flatwoods Civilian Conservation Center, Coeburn, Virginia. This project will be awarded as a firm fixed price Performance Based Service Contract for a base period beginning July 1, 2005 and ending June 30, 2006 with two, one year options. Work is to be accomplished in accordance with the requirements of the Request for Quotations. Tentative issue date is June 6, 2005 and tentative closing date is June 24, 2005.
