- The USDA, Food, Nutrition and Consumer Services intends to make a sole source award to Advertising Council for approximately $800,000 per year for one base year and two option years, for the development of donated public service campaign strategy, dissemination to national media outlets and encourage use of public service announcements and report on results of dissemination effort. The Advertising Council is a non-profit organization established for the sole purpose of providing public service advertising expertise for the federal government and other national non-profit organizations, and are supported by all of the major associations of the advertising and communications industry.
