- RH051120020000, NSN 6140-01-502-2053, Storage Battery, in accordance with ISG Thermal Systems USA Inc., CAGE: 1YHS8, P/N 500001. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Unrestricted Procurement. This nickel metal hydried storage battery is a non-commercial item with a 60 month shelf-life. Material Safety Data Sheets are required. This is a solicitation for a proposed Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base year and four option years. The solicitation terms are FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance Destination, QAP-001, delivery 80 days ARO. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 19 EA; the estimated annual quantity is 76 EA; the maximum annual quantity is 152 EA. The solicitation may be available for issue on or about June 21, 2005 and close on or about July 21, 2005. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
