- PR: RD050870200000: This solicitation will contain 1 NSN 1660-01-046-7708 for a Insulation, Pipe Cover. The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) is Lockheed Martin Corporation P/N C7888-6 Cage 81755 with approved sources; Kirkhill Inc. Cage 50744; Aero Space Composite Inc., Cage 0JWHG; Industrial Tube Corp, P/N IT-5678-6, Cage 26831 and Avica Inc. P/N 55A009-6, Cage 14711. AMSC 1C. First Article Government Testing is required. Surge Requirements apply. FOB Destination with I/A Origin. Requested Delivery is 208 days ARO. DSCR request best delivery possible. 100% Small Business Set-Aside. QAP 007. The solicitation is issued to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract for a base year and provisions for four, one year options. Pricing will be based on the Estimated Annual Demand quantities of 308 each for the Base Year and 616 each for all Option Years. Critical Application Item and Configuration Control apply. The final contracting award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
