Description

The Defense Distribution Center Susquehanna, New Cumberland, PA has a requirement for preventative maintenance service and emergency repair service on five (5) elevators located at New Cumberland, PA 17070. This service is for a one year base period beginning on 1 August 2005 and lasting through 31 July 2005. This contract will include four (4) one (1) year options. Services should be provided Monday through Friday (except Government holidays). The contract must provide own tools and equipment to make repairs and perform maintenance. Emergency calls must be billed separately from routine maintenance with labor and parts billed separately. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310 with a size standard of $6 million. All responsible small business concerns may submit a quotation which shall be considered by this agency.
