- Description
- The Defense Information Technology Contracting Office, Information Systems Services Division (DITCO-PL8231) intends to issue a purchase order for a software program entitled End-to-End (E2E) Transaction Monitory. This system will monitor and troubleshoot transaction performance originating from end-user locations. The performance reports generated by the solution will be analyzed by the Central Communication Centers (CCCs) to trace and localize any transaction latency or loss to the end-user workstation, server, or a specific segment of the network. Remote management, administration/configuration and troubleshooting will also be requirements of the solution. The resultant contract is anticipated to be a firm-fixed price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541519.
