- The Defense Information Systems Agency has a requirement for transcription services primarily for its Office of the Inspector General. It is anticipated that a single Blanket Purchase Agreement will be awarded for a sixty (60) month period of performance. Offerors must be located in the Washington, DC metropolitan area or have the capability to establish an office in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. This notice is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The NAICS code is 561492 with a size standard of $6.0M. This is a total small business set-aside procurement. Quotes are being requested. The solicitation number is HC1047-05-T-4030. See the solicitation document, to be posted separately, for the following additional information: instructions for completion of the solicitation package, schedule of commercial services and prices, statement of work, FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, and all other applicable terms and conditions. Offers or quotations will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 13.106-2 and the evaluation factors contained in the solicitation. All questions regarding the RFQ shall be submitted by email to marina.atchison@disa.mil on or before 12 noon, local time, June 13, 2005. Quotes are due on Monday, June 20, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. local time. Late quotations will not be accepted. Quotes shall be sent via email or fax. You may fax your quote to Marina Atchison at 703-681-1211 or email to marina.atchison@disa.mil. Offerors shall ensure that faxed quotes are legible (minimum 12 point font). All quotes shall reference HC1047-05-T-4030. The request for quotations document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-03.
