Description

Arapaho/Roosevelt National Forest, South Engineering Zone, Road Maintenance (Level 3 & 4). This contract will be for road maintenance work on National Forest System roads located in the Grand, Clear Creek, Gilpin and Boulder Counties of Colorado. Work includes but is not limited to grading and shaping the road travelway and shoulders, and drainage maintenance to include ditch, culvert and rolling dip cleaning. Roads vary from rough uneven surfaces with semi-solid rock to full aggregate surfacing. Contract generally consists of numerous small jobs (many of them less than a mile in length). Contract awarded will be an Indefinite Quantity/Indefinite Delivery contract with one base year and up to 4 option years. Contract will be awarded to a single contractor. The solicitation for this project will be posted on approximately May 10, 2005.
