- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center - Keyport, 610 Dowell Street, Keyport, WA is soliciting for: Flex Hose, Tin Plate and Leader Assembly (NSN: 1355-01-455-6875) (Waiver of first article for previously proven source) and Production Units. All requests for copies of the Technical Data Package must include a certified copy of a DD Form 2345, offeror's CAGE Code or Certification number as access to the drawings is subject to the Arms Control Act (see note 8 for further information). This solicitation will be set aside 100% for small business. This procurement will be solicited and awarded as a Firm Fixed Price Supply Type Contract. The estimated quantity requirements are as follows: Five (5) each First Article Test Units; 1,200 each Production Lot Test and Production quantity. Delivery is required as follows: Lots of 54 each every 15 days from initial lot acceptance. FOB: Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Source for Production quantities. The applicable N! AICS Code for this requirement is 332618 with a size standard of 500 employees. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued by 26 May 2005. The closing date of the solicitation shall be 27 June 2005, unless a later date is specified in the solicitation. This requirement will be procured under FAR Part 15, negotiated procurements. When issued, the RFP will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link www.neco.navy.mil and on the Keyport Acquisition homepage at http://www-keyport.kpt.nuwc.navy.mil/NECO/Solicitation.htm . Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFP from this website and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFP. No telephone or fax requests for the RFP package will be accepted. An e-mail request to BrittonJF@kpt.nuwc.navy.mil will be accepted in the event an offeror experiences problems downloading the RFP from the NECO website. The offeror must have a cur! rent registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database (http://www.ccr.gov). Any questions, and requests for the Tech Data Package, should be submitted via e-mail to BrittonJF@kpt.nuwc.navy.mil. No bidders list will be maintained by this office. No paper copies of the RFP / amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFP and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your offer nonresponsive and result in rejection of the same.
