- Quantity 7 each (1 First Article Test Unit, 6 Production Units): Plug Forgings, Naval Air Warfare Center AD Part Number 626724-4. Data Requirements defined in REI-04-17019 and NAWCAD Drawing 626724 Rev. A. Higher Level Quality Program required, refer to specifications/drawing and drawing notes. Inspection shall be at Source with Final Receipt Inspection, Acceptance and Certification at Destination in accordance with REI-04-17019. May require stringent non-destructive testing and inspection to include magnetic particle inspection, material certification, ultrasonic testing and heat treat certification, refer to specifications/drawing and drawing notes. Anticipate pre-award survey and post award conference. First Article Test Unit due 60 days ARO with Production Units due 45 days After FAT Acceptance. Export Control Data included, certified DD Form 2345 must be submitted (FAXED) with Request for Quote Package. Request RFQ package in writing (FAXED) by 25 May 2005. Quotes due 08 June 2005. All contractors seeking award must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database.
