All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency. There is no history available. The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-26. The delivery is 30 days after date of award or best delivery schedule negotiated. The inspection/acceptance/FOB point is destination.
