Description

The 325th Contracting Squadron at Tyndall AFB, Florida hereby gives notice of its intention to award a sole source purchase order to Raytheon for the development and integration of an upgrade to the Radar Target Simulator (RTS) unit of the APG-63(V)0 Advanced Radar Test Bench Set (ARTBS). This upgrade includes hardware and software to replace the current HP900 computer with an operable and upgraded User Interface (UI), upgraded subassembly functionality and connectivity, and integrated jet engine modulation (JEM) and jamming (JAM) capabilitities into the system. The remainder of the ARTBS will remain unchanged. The completed work will provide a full mission capable ARTBS with three good target channels capable of producing targets along with introduced clutter, JEM, and JAM. This award will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only notice. The reference number is F4AE005115A100. The acquisition is unresticted.
