- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs is looking for firms that are SBA Certified under the following programs: SDVOSB, 8(a), HUBZone, SDB, WOSB, and/or VOSB. The firm must be a General Construction Firm with an approved NAICS Code 236220 and a bonding capacity of approximately $20 Million. The firm must have hospital experience with contracts as a prime and design-build experience. The project scope is construction of a new 100,000 SF Extended Care Building, demolition of existing building and associated site work. Please note that this is not a Request for Proposal and the Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. The Government may or may not issue solicitation documents.Solicitation is expected to be issued by July 29, 2005.
