- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This purchase request (PR)/solicitation will be issued as a request for quotation (RFQ)/request for proposal (RFP) under the following PR/solicitation number: F2C3VS5096A100 (iii) This PR and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-03. (iv) This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small businesses. The applicable NAICS is (238390), and the small business size standard is ($12,000,000). (v) This RFQ/RFP contains (1) line item(s): (0001 Window Treatment removal and installation. Contractor to provide all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, and transportation to remove window treatments from 6 units in building 934 Hickam AFB and Install into 6 units in building 940 Hickam AFB). (vi) See attached Statement of Work (SOW) for a complete description of the requirement. (vii) The performance period will be (Contractor shall commence work no earlier than 1 JUNE 2005 and the work shall be completed by not later than 15 July 2005 The contractor shall coordinate the specific performance date with Maggie Lipsky or MSgt Vargas 808-449-1030 24 hours prior to work commencement) Delivery location/Place of performance is (Hickam AFB HI Building 934). Acceptance will be performed by the Government. The FOB Point is destination. (xi) The clause at 52.212-4 , Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition along with the following addenda: 52.219-1, Small Business Program Representations (Apr 2002). All offers must include a completed copy of this provision.
