- RE050400100000 SP0406-05-R-1871 9150-01-380-4470 IQC Solicitation Number, SP0406-05-R-1871, RE050400100000, NSN: 9150-01-380-4470, Lubricant, Solid Film, in accordance with P/N Perma-Silk Rac, E/M Corporation, Cage 8F024. In accordance with Std Nr Mil-Std-290F, Refno Dtd 07/17/00, Amend Nr dtd Type Number I Shelf Life 18 months. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. FOB: Destination. Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. QAP 001 applies. Requested delivery is 33 days ARO. This is a commercial item. This is an unrestricted procurement, which will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract with one base year plus four option years. This is a critical application item. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) Quantity, which is 1,500 (base) and 1,200 (option years). The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity is 300 for the base year only. Surge and Sustainment are required. MSDS and Hazardous Warning Label are required. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Stock delivery going to (SRG) Richmond, VA and (AQ5) Tracy, CA. The solicitation will contain an Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) provision clause. The solicitation will issue on – March 18, 2005 – with a closing date of April 18, 2006.
